Terms of Use
Last updated: 2 September 2026
These terms govern your use of this website. By using the site you agree to them. If you do not agree to them, please do not use the site.
1. Who runs this website
| Company | Dr Anwar Aesthetics Ltd |
|---|---|
| Registered in | England and Wales |
| Company number | 17414183 |
| Incorporated | August 2026 |
| Registered office | 16 Beardwood Park, Blackburn, Lancashire, BB2 7BW |
| hello@dranwarclinic.co.uk |
Treatments are carried out by Dr. Zeenat Anwar, who is registered with the General Medical Council and holds a licence to practise. Her GMC reference number is 7688528, and it may be checked on the GMC register at gmc-uk.org.
2. This site is information, not medical advice
Everything on this website is general information about the clinic and what it offers. It is not medical advice, and it is not a diagnosis. Nothing here should be used to decide whether a treatment is right for you.
Whether any treatment is suitable for you can only be decided by Dr. Anwar, in person, after she has taken your history and examined you. That cannot be done online, by email or through the chat.
If you have an urgent medical problem, contact your own GP, call NHS 111, or in an emergency call 999. This website is not a way to get medical help.
3. Registering your interest is not a booking
When you fill in a form on this site, or give your details to the chat assistant, you are joining a list of people who want to hear from us. That is all it is.
- It costs nothing and commits you to nothing.
- No appointment exists until we have agreed one with you directly.
- You are not obliged to go ahead with anything afterwards.
- We may not be able to offer treatment to everyone who registers.
4. Prices
We do not publish a price list for treatments on this website. What a treatment costs depends on what you actually need, and that is only known after your consultation. You will be given a clear price, and time to think about it, before you agree to anything.
Where there is something you can pay for on this website, the exact amount, what it covers and whether it can be refunded are always shown on screen before you enter any card details. You will never be charged an amount you have not seen first.
5. How payment works
Payments are taken through Stripe, one of the largest payment companies in the world. When you pay, your card details are typed into Stripe's own secure form and go directly to them.
- We never see your card number, its expiry date or its security code, and we could not store them even if we wanted to.
- All payments are in pounds sterling.
- You will get a receipt by email as soon as a payment goes through.
- If a payment fails, no appointment or booking is held. Nothing is confirmed until the money has actually cleared.
The price shown is the total amount payable. Where VAT applies, it is included in that price. Nothing is added at the point of payment.
6. Deposits, changes and refunds
6.1 What you can pay for
- A deposit to hold your appointment. This is not an extra charge. It comes off the price of your treatment on the day.
- A consultation fee, which pays for Dr. Anwar's time, her assessment of you and the plan she gives you. If you go ahead with treatment, the consultation fee is deducted from the price of that treatment. It is not deducted, and is not refunded, if you do not attend your appointment and do not tell us in advance.
6.2 Moving or cancelling your appointment
The same notice period applies in both directions:
| When you tell us | What happens to your money |
|---|---|
| More than 48 hours before your appointment | You may move or cancel it, and any deposit is refunded in full |
| Less than 48 hours before, or you do not turn up | We keep the deposit |
The 48 hour period exists because your appointment time is reserved for you alone, and at shorter notice it cannot usually be offered to anyone else. If you are prevented from attending by illness or another genuine emergency, please tell us. This is a clinic run by a doctor and such cases are considered on their circumstances.
6.3 If Dr. Anwar decides not to treat you
Dr. Anwar may conclude at consultation that a treatment is not clinically appropriate for you, that it should be deferred, or that no treatment is advisable. Where she decides not to treat you, any deposit is refunded in full. No patient is left out of pocket for being declined, and no clinical decision is influenced by a payment already taken.
The consultation fee remains payable in that situation, because the consultation is the service you paid for and it has been provided, including the clinical opinion given.
6.4 If we cancel
If we cancel or move your appointment, you will be offered an alternative date or a full refund, at your election, regardless of the reason or the notice given.
6.5 Your statutory right to cancel
Where you contract with us at a distance, the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013 give you a 14 day right to cancel. Where that right applies it operates in addition to the provisions above, and nothing in these terms removes or limits it. If you asked us to begin providing a service within the cancellation period and then cancel, you may be required to pay for what has already been provided.
6.6 How refunds are paid
Refunds are made to the card used for the original payment. We initiate a refund as soon as it is agreed. The time taken for the funds to reach your account is determined by Stripe and by your bank, and is outside our control.
7. Your rights if something is wrong
Nothing in these terms takes away the rights the law gives you as a consumer. Under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 a service must be carried out with reasonable care and skill, within a reasonable time, and for a reasonable price where none was agreed in advance. If it is not, you may be entitled to have it put right or to get some money back.
If you are dissatisfied with a treatment, please contact us in the first instance at hello@dranwarclinic.co.uk so that we have the opportunity to put it right. Clause 16 sets out how to take a complaint further.
8. Prescription treatments
Some of the treatments mentioned on this site involve prescription-only medicines. UK law is strict about these, and so are we:
- They are prescribed only after a face to face consultation and assessment with Dr. Anwar.
- They are prescribed only where they are clinically appropriate for you.
- We do not advertise prescription-only medicines, and we do not name them as products. That is why you will not find brand names anywhere on this site or in the chat.
- Suitability can never be confirmed online, in advance, or by the chat assistant.
9. Nobody under 18
This site is intended for adults. In England it is a criminal offence to give botulinum toxin or cosmetic fillers to anyone under 18 for cosmetic purposes, and Dr. Anwar does not treat anyone under 18. Please do not register if you are under 18.
10. The chat assistant
The chat assistant on this site is a simple automated helper, not a person and not artificial intelligence. It can only repeat information that is already written on this page. It was built that way deliberately, so that it can never invent a medical claim or guess about your health.
It cannot answer medical questions, cannot tell you whether a treatment suits you, and cannot quote a price. If you ask it something it does not know, it will say so and offer to pass you to a real person.
11. Keeping this site accurate
We take reasonable care to keep this site accurate and current, but we do not warrant that it is free from error or that it is up to date at all times, and the clinic is not yet open. Details may change. Nothing on this site constitutes a binding offer, and we may amend or withdraw any part of it at any time.
12. The words and pictures on this site
The text, design, logo and illustration of Dr. Anwar on this site are owned by Dr Anwar Aesthetics Ltd or used under licence. You may not copy, reproduce or adapt them without our prior written consent. You may link to the site.
13. Links to other websites
Where we link to another website, such as Instagram or TikTok, we do not control it and we are not responsible for what is on it. Their own terms and privacy rules apply once you get there.
14. Our responsibility to you
We do not limit or exclude our responsibility to you in any way where the law does not allow it. That includes responsibility for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, and for fraud.
Beyond that, this website is provided as it is. We are not responsible for any loss caused by relying on general information on this site instead of getting proper medical advice from Dr. Anwar or your own GP.
None of this affects your rights as a consumer, which remain whatever the law says they are.
15. Your details
What happens to the details you give us is explained in our Privacy Notice. What is stored on your device is explained on our Cookies and Storage page.
16. Complaints
If something has gone wrong, please tell us at hello@dranwarclinic.co.uk and we will look into it properly. If your complaint is about a doctor and you are not satisfied with our answer, you can contact the General Medical Council at gmc-uk.org.
17. Which law applies
These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, and any dispute will be dealt with by the courts of England and Wales. If you live elsewhere in the United Kingdom, you may also be able to use your local courts.
18. If part of these terms cannot be enforced
Each provision of these terms operates separately. If any court or competent authority decides that any provision is unlawful or unenforceable, that provision is severed and the remaining provisions continue in full force.
If we delay in enforcing any part of these terms, or do not enforce it, that is not a waiver of our rights and does not prevent us from enforcing it later.
19. Changes to these terms
We may amend these terms from time to time. The date at the top of this page shows the version currently in force. The terms in force at the time you make a booking are the terms that apply to that booking.
